Z PR focus on three operational areas, namely Experiential Marketing (Interactive Promotions), Media (and Graphics) and Public Relations. The result of this wide array of services is that we are able to provide an outsourced solution that affords our clients a single point of management and accountability.

EXPERIENTIAL MARKETING

The Experiential Division consists of two business units:

Consumer Promotions

which provides services for the conceptualization, planning and management of instore promotional campaigns

Staffing Solutions

which provides staffing for promotional campaigns and special events

 

PUBLIC RELATIONS

In essence Public Relations are those things that a company does to create a better relationship with people inside and outside of the organization.

Z PR's Public Relations division caters to a large spectrum of Public Relations activities, such as:

Generating publicity - individualised or as an add-on to an existing Marketing Campaign - the client should provide guidelines.
Writing of newsletter articles or staff communications.
Write media releases and supply guidelines to the client in order to give Z PR the requirements to write a successful media release.
Do local news channels distribution – radio, newspapers, some magazines – Free State and Northern Cape.
Supply a clippings report - Media monitoring providing the client with media cuttings and publicity value generated
Compile media packages delivered directly to a select group of media containing:
o photos
o media releases (hard-copy)
o media releases, company profile, contact information, research reports (electronically)
o Other: Recent media releases with full media contact information; Recent media coverage; Customer testimonials; Case studies; Questions and answer sheets; Product spec sheets; Bios and photos of executives; Low and high resolution logos; Pricing information; List of websites, retail outlets, resellers and distributors that sell your products.
Conceptualizing publicity opportunities to maximize media coverage.
Organise a media luncheon or breakfast.
Press Tours – visit the reporter where they work - only applicable for Bloemfontein.
Media planning (advertising) – real cost + 16.5% commission on media placed
Get the client involved with sponsorships.
Organize social responsibility projects for our clients.
Writing of Question and Answer lists.
Organise print and electronic interviews with the media (where applicable).
Write editorials.
Special events management including venue hire, entertainment coordination, name tags, guest list controlling and everything else you might need
Tradeshows: a great Public Relations opportunity learn about the latest and greatest products and services.

MEDIA

The Media Division contains five business units:

Advertising Services Graphic design and print layout services
Publishing Services Content and editing services
Services Corporate Branded Goods such as branded clothing, gifting and signage
New Media Services provides the full gamut of above- and below-the-line conceptualization and production, media planning and media buying for print, out-of-home and broadcast media, and the design and production of new media deliverables such as web sites, presentations, and interactive business cards and catalogues
